PRIVACY

Information we receive

This website receives information you choose to share with the festival team. Side-event booking forms collect your full name, email address, selected event and number of guests.

How we use information

Booking information is used to process your attendance request, contact you about the event and support festival organisation. We do not sell personal information.

Form processing

The booking page is prepared to send side-event submissions through a Google Apps Script endpoint operated by the festival. Once that endpoint is deployed and connected, submitted details will be recorded in a Google Sheet in the festival team's Google Drive, a confirmation will be emailed to the registrant, and a notification will be sent to the festival team. Google's privacy practices apply to its processing and storage of this information.

External links

The website links to ticketing, mapping, social media and partner websites. Those services have their own privacy practices and terms, which apply when you visit them.
